dos adventure game, simular to Hugo Series and King's Quest

I'm looking for a dos adventure game, similar to the Hugo Series and the King's Quest Series.

It's played the same way, where you type in what you want the character to do.

From what I remember, the main character is a girl. You get transported to a magical land, I think, and you're trying to figure out how to get back home. One of the first places you come across is an inn with a creepy dude inside it. There's a field somewhere with a unicorn that will run away if you get too close to it. There's also a castle with a queen inside it. The walkway up to the castle zig zags over a chasm. And if you don't step correctly, you'll fall into the chasm and die. If you get too far up the walkway, a winged creature (I'm picturing a winged monkey, but that might not be correct) picks you up and carries you away.

Anyway, that's all I can remember from the game. I'm trying to locate it on the Internet but I can't remember the name of it. Can anyone help me out?
