NEED HELP Finding a games name???

NEED HELP Finding a games name. It was a game where you bounced a ball in a maze and it would eat/collect fruit, but you had to avoid this green goo or you died. I CAN"T find it anywhere i played it in the early 90s on my dads computer. ANY IDEAS???
