• Deluxe Snake -- very neat Nibbles variant made with Allegro
• Halflight -- good quality vertical-scrolling shmup made with Allegro
• CRTetris -- Tetris variant with an option to create your own themes (Allegro)
• Rally Cross -- freeware top-down racing
• Maruni Land -- some kind of platform game
• AtroriX -- breakout clone
• Airpro -- airline management simulation (text only)

I just found a shareware managerial strategy game called The Second Chance for Mankind, with some environmental message to it. The game is by German developers, but an English version is available: tsc_e.exe.
