EDIT : i believe it also had this game where you were a spy, and had to complete levels mario platformer style...

Sounds like it was a compilation CD. Capture the Flag is a shareware game, so people were free to sell CDs with hundreds of shareware games on them and charge a "nominal fee" for the disc and distribution expenses.

Were you looking for a specific game on it, or the entire CD?

and there was a game where you are this square and all you do is flip over following a path, and everytime you flipped, the square u were on disapeared... <<i KNOW this was a game wit 3 letters in the title...

i know this is vague, but i recently found piranha and it brought me into a nostalgia so im looking for everything i used to play

i believe it was called pickle wars

Also, that spy game was called Secret Agent: The Hunt for Red Rock Rover

ive found alot of the games for it now, but i still want the disk, another game was Wacky Wheels... i BELIEVE that was on the disk... it might not have been, but i know ive played it

A helicopter? That reminds me if the main game of the CD it's supposed to be promoting is Desert Storm Command from MVP Software. It sounds like a very ASP cd. I don't know what it is however

Here's an online archive of old shovelware CD-roms. Small chance you might find it there.
