As Lt. Velasquez, a pilot with the Traffic Department, you must take back the streets from the Vulture terrorist organization. You use a variety of vehicles to drive through the streets and shoot enemy vehicles as the Traffic Department finds itself mired ever deeper in a cosmic terrorist war.
