I thought you'd like that one.
This game should have been for DOS. Even with WinG, Windows 3.1x is a horrible platform for a fighting game. Action games for Windows weren't really possible until DirectX.

Guess what, actually this turns out to be a tie-in for a
film of the same name.
Just learned this fact from
Brandon Tenold's review of the film.
