HELP - need contact info for Ron Balewski

I am trying to find contact information for Ron Balewski (Mahjongg). It doesn't appear that he is accepting mail at his Nanticoke, PA address. And, the phone number that I found is no longer in service. Does anyone know his current cotact information?

I've been trying to reach him for years. I even sent him money via PayPal to buy Mahjongg tile sets and didn't get a response. I'm not absolutely certain that he's still alive.
Today entirely the maniac there is no excuse with the article.
