Hi, I have windows 7, for that I can't play DOS games. I want to play Mickey's 123's - The Big Surprise Party jugar. In this link [removed] you can download this game and upload in the classicdosgames.com

That's a copyrighted commercial game. It would be illegal for me to distribute it on the site.

You should use
DOSBox to play DOS games in Windows 7.
