Freeware, one of these things that you put a copy of DOS in, like Bochs or Virtual PC.

And there's also a nice freeware MS-DOS clone called FreeDOS:

Yup, that's coming. I added Bochs just recently.

FreeDOS is very cool, I've been using it for a while now. Thanks for letting me know about that QEmu thing, looks interesting.

Also, the first website on FreeDOS.org's Links page is classicdosgames.com!
