Looking for Mid-1980's San Francisco Driving Game (unresolve

Around 1985-1987 I played a DOS game in which you get to drive through San Francisco. Oceanside docks and the hills are what I remember most, unsuprisingly. I don't recall the visual style of the game, but I'm betting it was very basic color and sprite-based, possibly more of a wireframe-based game world. I was so young it escapes my memory, really.
